Order Processing

Normal order processing can take between 3-7 business days (Monday – Friday) based on the item inventory if shipped from a US/EU warehouse while it depends on shipping direct from China. And we have specific notes there when you place the order. Or you could confirm with our service staff for the item you‘ve purchased or are interested in.

Shipping Delivery

For items we ship from overseas warehouses, shipping costs will be covered, which will be shown when you check out. Shipping costs will be charged for some specific items shipped directly from China or by fast shipping method, like some big LED light items or to areas normal posts can not reach.

Business days do not include weekends and there is no weekend delivery for any shipping method. We also offer Canada or other international addresses. Please note that orders could arrive in multiple packages.

What is the "Oversized Shipping" charge?

For some items shipping within the U.S., an incremental shipping charge may be incurred due to an item’s size and weight. The incremental charge is charged for the total quantity ordered. Note: The incremental charge, if applicable, is displayed on product detail pages and throughout checkout.

Shipping Promotion Exclusions

The following items are excluded from shipping promotions: Oversized Shipping Charges, Gift Cards, Custom Invitations, Custom Canvas, and Photo Center purchases.

Products eligible for free shipping will be designated on the product page and at checkout. Must select ground shipping at checkout. Oversized charges may apply. The entire order ships free with a qualifying item purchase.
