【Service Fee】

• A $2 service fee is applied to all orders.

• For new customer's first order and any orders equal to or greater than $49, the service fee will be waived at check out.

• There are no service fees for add-on orders delivered to the same pickup location and picked up on the same date under the condition that all orders are placed under the same registered account, based on registered phone numbers.

(Please Note* The service fee is charged on the order day. If the order is canceled, a $2 flat fee will be refunded through the original payment method. If the order is partially refunded, the $2 flat fee will not be refunded. Promotion codes, vouchers, and GoGo Point do not apply to a service fee.)

【Home Delivery】

Delivery Fee:

• A $5.99 delivery fee is applied to all orders. Customers who place multiple orders will be only charged delivery one time. All the orders must be placed by the same customer (registered with the same phone number).

• Home delivery is free for orders over $49 in most areas.

• Home delivery is free for orders over $69 for the below routes:

- OC/PP/QQ/OM/O11/O21

- GY/GW

- IV04/IV07/IW01/IW03/IW04/IX04/IX05/IX06/IQ01/IQ04/IQ05/IR03/IR04/IS01/IS02/IS04

【Cold Chain Packaging Fee】

Some products, including but not limited to meats, seafood, dairy & soy product, refrigerated food, frozen food, and some products from the restaurant/provider/bakery, require special packaging to ensure that they arrive in a good condition. Any orders with these products will be charged a $1.5 cold chain packaging fee. For orders with a large volume of frozen and refrigerated products, FreshGoGo will charge an additional cold chain packaging fee accordingly. The cold chain packaging fee includes material and labor required for the packaging.

• Vouchers, promo codes, and GoGo Point cannot be used towards the $1.5 cold chain packaging fee.

• There is no tax for cold chain packaging fee.

【*For Personal reasons, request for FreshGoGo to re-deliver】

1. FreshGoGo will charge $9.99 for re-delivery (both pick-up and home delivery)

2. FreshGoGo staff will check the freshness and quality of the products before re-delivery. If the order has product deterioration, we will discard the item and proceed to deliver what is remaining.

3. FreshGoGo is not responsible for any product deterioration as a result of a missed delivery on the customer’s part. No refund will be provided.

【Volume Counterweight Fee】

The total volume parameter of the order is greater than or equal to 200. Calculated in multiples of 200. For home delivery orders, each multiple will receive a volume overage fee of $ 5, and for self-withdrawal orders, each multiple will receive a volume oversize fee (* volume standard: 5.5 inches x 2.5 inches x 2.5 inches)

【Sales Tax】

All orders will be charged at the local consumption tax rate.
