Watson's Wine offers regular free in-store wine tastings, where customers can appreciate the wines and talk to staff for specific information and advice. All staff undergo the internationally recognised Wine & Spirit Education Trust (W.S.E.T.) wine training - so when they recommend a wine, they've tasted it and know its background. And if they don't have specific information, they will find out.

Another service provided is the Watson's Wine Club which offers members a number of benefits including rewards with purchase, a regular wine magazine, invitations to wine tastings and events as well as exclusive benefits at a number of loyalty partners.

In June 1998, Watson's Wine opened its first store in Central Hong Kong and is now the largest specialist wine retailer in the region with over 20 physical stores and eStore, providing customers a seamless O+O (online & offline) shopping experience.

Watson's Wine offers Asia's growing wine market a comprehensive selection of fine wine, spirits, accessories and cigars. With vintages sourced directly from over 20 countries, Watson's Wine lists over 2,000 different wines, more than 400 of which are "exclusive" and cannot be found elsewhere.

A distinctive feature of each retail store is the Fine Wine Room containing over 300 different vintages ranging from the top Chateaux from Bordeaux to emerging New World Classics from around the world.

All wines are temperature controlled, 24 hours per day, both in the stores and the state-of-the-art wine warehouse, ensuring that all wines are perfectly maintained when they reach the customer.

Our e-store only accepts orders for delivery in Hong Kong to the specified billing address or collection at a designated physical store located in Hong Kong.

You may enjoy free delivery service to your specified billing address when your order satisfies our minimum purchase amount at HK$1,600 at our e-store (as specified under your invoice). For purchase amount below HK$1,600, a delivery charge of HK$100 shall apply.

Delivery service is only available at addresses located in Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories, Tung Chung, Discovery Bay and Ma Wan. This service is available from 10am to 9pm between Monday and Saturday (excluding public holidays) at one of the following timeslots:

10am to 4pm

4pm to 9pm (except Discovery Bay and Ma Wan)
