We are Velotric, led by hardware co-founder of Lime, Adam Zhang.  Our team members are the brilliant minds from iconic brands such as Lime, Giant, Specialized and Decathlon.

We believe ebikes should be elegant, stylish, high performance, reliable, safe, and affordable. We have a vision of a simpler and more expressive ebike experience for riders who want to feel the exhilaration of the open road without any stress or anxiety. 

Our team has worked tirelessly on our design, and listened to every piece of user feedback to bring you our flagship model, the Velotric Discover 1 –  ebike with great style, comfort, and engineering reliability. Velotric is the first ebike that is simple to use, comfortable to ride, excellent in performance, reliable in quality, and superior in style and fashion.

Addresses to which we ship: We ship across CONUS and currently cannot ship to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Alaska.

Shipping time: It takes up to 3 weeks to process your order, and another 3-5 days for the order to arrive at your door. In the rare cases there may be a slight delay in shipment and you do not receive your order within 14 business days

Shipping cost: All our bikes comes with free shipping across CONUS.

Restocking fee:

For the returns of new and unused ebikes within 14 days of receipt. Please note we’ll charge a $200 restocking fee/per bike.

For the return of used ebikes within 14 days, we charge a restocking fee that is 20% of the total order value.

Deliveries that are refused will be charged a $200/per bike flat fee to partially cover our handling costs.

Approved returns of defective items within 14 days of receipt are exempt from the restocking fee. Our Customer Service team must be notified as early as possible for this.
