Our journey began in August, 2016. We successfully launched our first project which raised $2.2 million on Kickstarter half a year later. There is still a long way to go. With our passion and perseverance, we believe that making will be as easy as taking photos in the coming decades.

Shipping Area

We ship worldwide except for the Mainland of China, Russia, Indonesia, North Korea, Egypt, Cuba, Sudan, Syria, Iran, Ukraine, Pakistan, Thailand, Chile, and Brazil. 

Shipping Services

Orders from the US and AU will be shipped from the local warehouse and delivered by FedEx, DHL, UPS and USPS etc. If the product inventory is insufficient in the local warehouse, the entire order will be shipped from the Shenzhen warehouse. Orders from other areas will be shipped from the Shenzhen warehouse and delivered by FedEx, DHL, UPS, USPS and SF Express etc.

Shipping Fee

We offer free shipping on orders from Hongkong and Macao. For orders in other areas, shipping fee will be shown on the checkout page once the shipping address is settled.

International shipments may be subject to customs processing and additional charges. Snapmaker is not responsible to cover such costs. The customer is responsible for customs clearance/duties.
