Formovie supports addresses in most major regions of Asia, Europe, and North America. After payment is completed, it will take 1-3 business days for your order to be processed before shipping will begin.

For products ordered during crowdfunding, pre-sales, or other special events, the date required for fulfillment is based on the date shown in the event.

Formovie has local warehouses in certain regions so you can receive your package quickly, usually within 2-10 business days of shipment. Local warehouses are currently available in the following regions: USA, Canada, UK, and EU 

For the EU, the following European countries can be covered：

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden.

If your address is not in one of these areas, then your package will be shipped from China. Shipping usually takes 10-45 business days, depending on your location. Please feel free to contact Formovie's customer service at [email protected] to discuss the availability of shipping options.

If your address is on a small island outside of the United States, such as Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands, and Samoa, as well as overseas departments of European countries, such as Reunion Island, Martinique, Canary Islands, etc., shipping may not be supported

Due to certain national and regional policies, packages may have extended shipping times.

We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes and military addresses.
