I founded Fly By Jing in 2018, inspired by the amazing flavors of my hometown Chengdu and its famous fly restaurants— soulful hole-in-the-wall eateries so good they attract diners like flies.

Fly By Jing doesn't conform to anyone else's notions of value, taste, tradition. It is one person's recipes, one person's vision, and one person's story. With these products, I'm telling you mine.

Domestic Standard U.S. shipping is free for orders (other than Frozen Dumplings) over $40 and there is a $7 flat rate economy fee for orders under $40. International shipping is charged at cost and based on weight and destination. Additional customs + duty fees may apply, these vary per country.

All orders are shipped from our third party fulfillment partner within 48 hours and are shipped via DHL/USPS, FedEx or UPS. Once picked up by the carrier, standard shipping transit time is 3-5 business days depending on your region. For international orders, please allow 7-21 business days for delivery.

Frozen Dumplings - Dumpling orders are sent separately from our other items and ship mostly on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Orders are shipped on dry ice via 1 or 2 day delivery. Please be sure your dumplings are still frozen upon arrival and are immediately placed in the freezer. Do not consume Dumplings that have arrived thawed. Your order may arrive with some dry ice still frozen, please be careful when opening and do not touch the dry ice. Other times your dry ice may be melted, but your dumplings will still be frozen. Please keep a close eye on your tracking to be sure you know exactly when your Dumplings arrive. Dumplings cannot be shipped to PO Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii or minor outlying islands.
